Why is this interpreter not showing as available?
Have you ever wandered why a specific interpreter is not showing up as available for a job? There are 12 reasons why a an interpreter may not be selectable for a specific job. They include reasons, like “Banned by client”, “Banned by patient”, “Doesn’t speak the language”, “Doesn’t have the required qualifications”, and “Set their availability as not available for that date and time” to name a few. There was a report you can run to find out why a specific interpreter is not showing as available, but now, it is built into the “Get Available Interpreters” screen. With this latest version of the Atrium you can simply type the interpreters name and see why that interpreter is not showing as available for that job.
In the upper right hand corner you can now select the interpreter to find out why of the 12 reasons the interpreter is not showing up as available.
